Annual General Meeting June 8th
Some of you might not know this, but Kiwiburn is a New Zealand Incorporated Society and everybody who bought a ticket to a Kiwiburn is a member.
yes, even you!
Because of this, every year we have an Annual General Meeting (AGM) to which all members are invited. This year’s is on 8th June at 8pm and is being held at Jodi’s house, 2 / 229 The Terrace, Wellington. If you aren’t in Wellington, but want to participate, then you can dial in - email allyn.york (at) gmail.com for details.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Election of officers and review of roles.
2. Review of the previous year including Chairperson’s Report, Treasurer’s Financial Report and Festival Afterburn Report.
3. Approval of plans for the balance of the current and next calendar years.
4. Other
If any burner has other items they’d like to raise, or indeed any questions at all about Kiwiburn, then please let me know
