This year\, Burning Seed’s ZOOPHEMISM theme bursts forth from its chrysalis into the MelBurners’ Circadian Migration Decompression event! \nDo you hear that echo through the trees? There\, a distant keening becomes a deafening roar as the sound of the inevitable flows across the year. As surely as the night follows the day\, we awaken from our pupal slumber to wind our ways back to the throbbing call of music\, friendship and dance. \nTraveling through a dream of connection and coincidence we find ourselves on the same journey from where we begin\, to the place we gather\, to where we end – from home to home and home again. And on this journey we are joined by friends both fun and freakish\, art both agreeable and arresting\, creations both creepy and captivating\, and fire both furious and fascinating\, finally\, spread your wings and join us at CERES. \nBut don’t stop there the quest is not done! There is no money exchanged for anything at the event. The event will be help on 16 December at 8pm and run for approximately 1.5 hours. \nIt is free to attend as a Kiwiburn member (your Kiwiburn membership fee is included in your ticket price). \nThis will be a Zoom meeting and we will release the details next week. \nAGENDA\nReview of the previous year\, which ended March 2020;\n– Chairperson’s report\n– Treasurer’s financial report\n– Festival Afterburn Report\n– Financials for approval\, including Profit and Loss statement and Balance Sheet \n– Review of Committee Members and Officers’ roles and holders of these positions;\n– Approval of plans for the balance of the current\, and next calendar years\n– Vote to continue the existence of the various sub committees (Conduct Committee\, Sustainability and KAC)\n– Available volunteer positions\n– Any other business.
