For centuries, fierce rivalries have simmered between Kiwiburn’s volunteer departments over one burning question: who is the best? Now, it’s time to settle it once and for all.
Welcome to the first-ever KB Department Games.
In four brutal rounds, Kiwiburn’s most excellent volunteers will pit themselves against one another to prove why the DoP is #1.
Can we maintain our rightful claim to greatness? (Of course.)
Will the Theme Camps team somehow triumph? (As if.)
Will Services manage to assemble a vaguely serviceable team? (Unlikely.)
Site Ops who? Communi-what-now? CrEW. Art shmart.
Come along to Centre Camp @ 2pm on Friday and witness the chaos as we go head-to-head in what is unquestionably the greatest event ever to hit the Paddock.
The winning department (DoP, obviously) gets bragging rights and the first-ever KB Volunteer Department Cup for 2026.
Fun will be had. History will be made. Egos will be bruised – but not the DoP’s – we will always be superior.
