Ucchāra is an ancient yogic meditation, it uses sounds and actions to activate, cleanse, and fine tune one's chakras. It was used by spiritual seekers in 7th - 12th century India. Done regularly it brings up hidden samskaras and vikulpas (trauma) and help reintegrate the energy into one's body.
