I would like to do a big shout out of thanks and gratitude to
- You – our Community – who despite the understandable disappointment of the cancellation, have expressed compassion and support for ExCom and other volunteer organisers who have been constantly reviewing the state of the Covid situation and then had to make the tough decision. Your support of our decision is greatly appreciated.
- My amazing fellow ExCom members and all members of the year-round teams as well as the other volunteer organisers who have toiled endlessly for the past 10 months to try to make KB22 happen in a safe environment.
- All the artists and theme camps that have been beavering away on projects, investing their valuable time, effort, and money into their respective projects despite the uncertainty of whether the event would go ahead in January.
To all the above, thank you and remember – all is not lost. We are rolling all your work and projects over to KB23 (Time Travel Take 2). We’ll be back – bigger, better, and brighter than ever before.
