Fancy yourself a bit of an art connoisseur? Know your Bansky from a Hirst? Good for you, though not really necessary for this role. What we do need though is someone who can lead in a calm manner, who can talk to Theme Camp leads, work with Paddock artists, enforce processes and keep an eye on arts budgets, grants, and other monetary wranglings. The Arts Facilitator needs a Second in Command, so why not volunteer? May as well do something with that Arts degree.
