Kiwiburn may only infiltrate the Paddock for a week, but it’s brought to life by volunteers who infiltrate KB year round!
We’ve got some very rare opportunities to become one of those year round vollies (ok, maybe not that rare but still pretty epic)! There are a range of roles open, including several Lead positions for those ready to step up and guide a team – just to be clear, Lead roles are different from Facilitator roles. Leads focus on running and shaping their specific teams, while Facilitators support across departments and help remove roadblocks at a broader level.
There are also plenty of other ways to contribute, from team support to project-based roles and everything in between.
Kiwiburn doesn’t magically assemble itself. It’s built, nurtured, and evolved by volunteers who choose to stay part of the journey long after the embers cool.
