With the influx of a couple hundred extra tickets last week, there has been some movement in the STEP queue. As of 13 January, you will only get 24 hours to secure your ticket after it is allocated, so keep an eye out for your place in line and in your inbox (and spam).
You can check your place in the queue at any time by logging into your Quicket account and going back to the STEP ‘buy’ page where you signed up for STEP. You can find this link in the email we sent you confirming you signed up to STEP, or follow the STEP link on the event page and click ‘I want to BUY tickets’ (you must be logged in before going to the STEP page).
If you decide you no longer need tickets to the event, we encourage removing yourself from the queue. That will give any hopeful ticket buyers in the queue behind you a better chance at being offered a ticket to purchase.
Please also be aware of ticket scalpers, we have seen a fair few this year. No ticket should be sold for higher than face value and all tickets must be transferred via Quicket.
