As we all begin the final preparations for our arrival back to the Paddock, we highly suggest you take heed of these reminders so you can get Home swiftly, smoothly and safely!
- Check your ticket has your legal first name and surname AND date of birth on it. This will make your gate entry as smooth as possible for all involved. You can check this by logging into Quicket then going to My Account > My Tickets > Manage Booking > Edit ticket details. Each ticket must be assigned to a unique person and everyone will be expected to show ID at the gate which matches the name on their ticket. Gate team will not be able to do anything except turn individuals away if a ticket doesn’t have a full name and date of birth which match the photo ID of the person.
- The Express Entry (formerly known as fast lane) will be available throughout Wednesday, but on top of this, we’re dedicating the first hour (8-9am) to only processing participants with express entry. This means, unless you have express entry, you will not be allowed down Cooks Road until after 9am (if you try, you’ll probably have to wait even longer than if you’d just waited til 9am). More info here. Please note that Cooks Road will be closed completely right up to SH54, so no early queueing!
- If you’re lucky enough to have been sent a reserve ticket, please purchase it ASAP.
- STEP closes at 8am on 21 January 2024 and ticket transfers close at 8am on 22 January 2024. This means no ticket purchases or private ticket transfers can occur after 8am 22 January 2024. This 48hr window before Gate opens allows the Conduct Committee to review the full list of attendees, an important safety measure for protection of the community.
- Any ticketing-related issues or questions, get in touch – we don’t bite (unless you ask us to)!
