Kiwiburn needs your expertise to help develop a Crew Management Policy in line with our revised Organisational Structure (coming soon). You’ll learn all there is to know about the ins and outs of how we make things work. First few in win an awesome prize (which is a welcoming smile and, if you want, a warm hug – who can resists this?). Can you lend your skills for this project to help us give the best for our volunteers? The project can be done in your own time but it will require some persistence!
