Dancing in the Park

We’re back for another great night in Albert Park. To see what fun we get up to, check out the awesome video from the last event which is also pinned in the discussion below.

From 4pm there will be music, and our ArtSpace will be up and running. From 5pm workshops will be running: Poi, Staff, Sword, SoundPlay, TheatrePlay, AcroYoga. There will be scheduled 30minute Zumba, DanceSpace and Laughter Yoga sessions from 4pm, with a schedule announced closer to the time.
As the sun sets our fire show will commence with our local legend fire performers. There’ll be an opportunity for those who dare to come try fire dancing for the first time.
Sock Poi will be available for purchase for $20, and we’ll have limited sets of LED poi available for $60 (cash only).
A $5 koha is appreciated to cover the running costs of this event.
This is an alcohol-free, family friendly event run by Emote Community Trust. Bring your picnic blankets, refreshements and friends.
