Our shiny new portal is live, but of course, there are bugs lurking. IT can’t fix problems they don’t know about (they’re good, but not THAT good), so if you wait until the very last second to log in and hit an issue, well… don’t look at us. Fun fact: it’s almost impossible to extend a ticket offer if there’s less than 12 hours left.
