Shiny New Ticketing System!

After many years using Quicket as our ticketing software, Kiwiburn is finally ready to launch our very own internal ticketing system. This has been an enormous effort by our talented IT and ticketing teams over the last 12 months, and we’re really excited to announce that it’s ready to go!

Quicket faithfully supported us for a long time, but we discovered that being able to manage all the complicated intricacies of ticket resales at the last minute was incompatible with an external ticketing provider. Thank you to Quicket for all your support and patience.

Here’s what you will notice:

Welcome to the new system https://app.kiwiburn.com

– You can log in with your existing Burner Profile

– A swanky new User Interface – UI (with a better mobile experience)

– All ticket purchases are linked to your Kiwburn Burner profile! No more trying to remember which email you used on Quicket

– Tickets purchased for friends are also directly tied to their Burner profile

– All reserve tickets are now run directly through our system, providing an easier and much a requested upgrade to the experience for all our Camp, Arts and Team leads!

 

As this is a brand new system we would not be surprised if there are some minor bugs! If you find any, or if you have any general feedback (good or bad!) please let us know through the Help form (you can find it in the sidebar) or by emailing tickets@kiwiburn.com directly.
