You think we just like hearing ourselves talk about needing people, don’t you! Well, every now and then we strike gold with someone actually heeding our call to volunteer. Here they are:
Carvy is our brand spankin’ new Safety Facilitator. He is coming on board with heaps of experience and will prove a valuable asset to keep us all safe and sound. Cheers for joining, Carvy.
Holly Bennett has just taken over the role of Crew Facilitator, which seems like a very natural fit as she might be familiar to you as the Volunteer Lead. She’s been wrangling crew in various forms for some time now, so this role will suit her to the bone. She continues on in the Volunteer Lead role as well, thank you Holly.
Both have hit the ground running and are already making a difference in their leadership roles – exciting times ahead. And in the coming weeks you will learn more about both in our Behind-the-Scenes series on ExCom members. Its easier to get the newbies to fill them out when they are sill bright eyed and innocent, ha-ha.
