After it’s nail-biting debut, live-on-air at Kiwiburn 2020, Art Shark returns again for a second season (one show only). In case you missed it, Art Shark was an on-Paddock, tongue-twisting, history-making show where seven contestants competed for a 2021 Art Grant worth $500! For realz.
With a viewership of more than 70 people (packed!), it’s a must-watch this year. Each artist has two minutes to pitch their Art Idea to a panel of hard-nosed investors/judges, all with a chance to nab guaranteed funding towards their 2022 Kiwiburn art project. The audience might even get a say! (…which is just as well, as some cash from ticket sales goes towards KB Art Grants)
Catch Art Shark at 3pm Friday (that’s prime-time viewing folks) at the Camp Nipple Clamp State-of-the-Art, Techni-Coloured TV (stage). Skip the queue, avoid the admin, and bring your ingenious ideas to stun our investors, this year we have $1000 to shower upon you for the 2022 event!
