Hey Burners, we need to have a quick chat about names – specifically, the one on your Burner profile and ticket. In short, we need to be sure that you are in fact, you.
We’ve been seeing some amazing nicknames in the First/Last Name fields on tickets lately (shoutout to Mr Burner Bimbo Boi, truly iconic). But here’s the thing – Gate Crew can only let you in if your ticket matches the legal name on your ID.
If your ticket name is anything but your legal name, you won’t be able to get in, so please ensure it matches your photo ID. However, we know for some of you having to drag up your legal name may be difficult, so please know that last name and date of birth will suffice!
If you know the name on your burner profile isn’t going to cut the mustard, do Future You a favour: log into your Burner profile (right here: https://app.kiwiburn.com/profile), update your name to match your ID, and redownload your ticket. Let’s make sure everyone gets in smoothly, you DON’T want to be turned around at the gate.
