Got a knack for keeping your cool when things get woolly? The Black Sheep Rangers are looking for a Co-Lead to help recruit, wrangle, and support the crew that keeps Kiwiburn’s community safe and supported. From onboarding new Rangers and organising shifts to working alongside our wellbeing and safety teams, you’ll help make sure our flock is ready for whatever the paddock throws at us.
You’ll share the leadership load with a fellow Co-Lead, with support from the wider team, so you won’t be herding sheep alone! Previous Ranger experience, a solid understanding of consent, and the ability to stay kind under pressure are essential. Keen to help keep Kiwiburn a safer, more connected place?
