Kiwiburn doesn’t just happen for one magical week in January – it’s built all year long by an incredible Crew of volunteers who bring the passion, ideas, spreadsheets, creativity, problem-solving, and vibes. Right now, while the afterglow is strong and the memories are fresh, we’re calling on anyone who felt that spark and thought: “Yeah… I want to be part of making this magic happen.”
Whether you’ve got a few hours here and there or you’re ready to jump into a Facilitator role, there’s something for every skillset – from big-picture planning to behind-the-scenes wizardry. No experience required, just enthusiasm, reliability, and a love for this weird, wonderful community.
