Heads up, volunteers! If you’re expecting an onsite volunteer ticket and haven’t seen one magically appear in your inbox yet, it’s time to take action. No, it’s not going to materialise if you just sit there waiting – this isn’t Hogwarts (sorry Hedwig).
Do yourself (and us) a favour and check in with your Volunteer Team Lead ASAP. They’re the ones who can help you sort out what’s going on and make sure you’re not left in ticket limbo. The sooner you get in touch, the sooner we can figure out what’s up.
This isn’t the time for “she’ll be right” vibes – it’s crunch time. If you want to get your ticket sorted and make it to the paddock, now’s the time to double-check and make some noise. Don’t delay. It’s YOUR ticket, after all.
