Come join a few eager beavers 17 to 21 August to plant a few woody bits at Rathmoy, the Kiwiburn site in Hunterville as part of the Kiwiburn sustainability initiative.
We need a few people for the whole time but mostly would love local Burners to come help us plant 1500 trees to help account for our communities carbon footprint. We prefer to not make an even bigger footprint by having hoarders turning up from Auckland, as much as your enthusiasm is appreciated.
Please RSVP to Infrastructurefacilitator@kiwiburn.com if you’re interested in putting some trees in the ground on and around the Paddock. Please don’t just turn up without letting us know as we will need to manage things a bit, after all, this is still a working farm.
