That’s right, YOU could be Excoms newest Secretus Maximus, if you are… organised, reliable, and secretly obsessed with to-do lists, shared folders, and putting the method into madness.
Yes, it is more exciting than it sounds.
This role is central to how the Kiwiburn machine runs. You’ll be the bridge between teams, the keeper of records, the champion of clarity, and a voice for the Admin Team at the decision-making table. You don’t need a clipboard and glasses (although they would help) – you just need a steady hand, a cool head, and a willingness to wade into the wonderful madness of Burner planning.
You’ll help shape the future of the Burn, keep ExCom organised, onboard new leads, track big-picture projects, and keep the wheels turning with tools like Asana, Google Drive, and Slack. Got experience managing teams, running projects, and/or herding cats? Even better.
Time commitment? Around 2–5 hours a week (a bit more near the Burn). No on-site duties – it’s all online.
This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who loves community, collaboration, and getting sh*t done.
