ExCom meets every month to plan the event and to discuss anything of note that’s happening within the various departments.

Here’s the latest update from this month’s meeting.

Noteworthy topics/updates from the recent ExCom meeting

• We have a new Chair! Keri, our acting chair applied and was voted in as full Chairperson
• Weather at the KB27 event is likely to be very hot and dry, due to a Super El Nino weather system
• All the usual event planning and tasks are underway e.g. wristband designs, stickers etc
• The Working Bee is currently taking place in Hunterville. A number of volunteers on the Paddock, getting things ready for the 2027 event
• Open Facilitator roles:
  • Site Safety Facilitator role is now open, due to Keri switching to Chairperson
  • Infrastructure Facilitator
  • Theme Camps Facilitator
  • Arts Facilitator
  • All other roles are full at this time
