Purpose:
- Support and celebrate Theme Camps, ensuring their efforts are recognised and appreciated.
- Gather insights to help improve future planning and support for Theme Camps.
Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned Theme Camps to observe and record events, offerings, and infrastructure.
- Engage with Theme Camps to understand their experiences and address issues.
- Act as the eyes and ears of the community to improve Theme Camp experiences.
Commitment:
- Pre-event: 1-2 Zoom training sessions.
- On-site: 3 x 2-hour shifts (Wed-Sun).
Skills Needed:
- Strong communication and active listening.
- Comfortable collecting data and attending diverse events.
- Collaborative and respectful team player.
