Planning is officially underway for the Auckland Burners Street Party taking place on Saturday, October 31 in Tāmaki Makaurau, and we want to warmly invite our wider regional Burner whānau, theme camps, crews, and artists from across Aotearoa to join us in co-creating this urban street takeover.
Whether you’d like to bring an interactive theme camp pop-up, pitch an art project for direct community fundraising, perform, or help steer operations, there are plenty of ways for regional crews to get involved.
To share the overall vision, walk through the precinct layout, and answer questions, we are hosting an open online info and contributor Q&A session:

- The Vision & Precinct: A rundown of the multi-space layout across the precinct and how the night will flow.
- InflammARTory Art Pitches: How to bring sketches, models, and concepts to pitch for direct community fundraising.
- Theme Camp Pop-Ups: How your camp can host an interactive zone, activity, or sonic space.
- Music & Performance: Opportunities for DJs, live musicians, VJs, and roaming/fire performers.
- Volunteers & Crew Roles: Key areas where we need leads and hands-on help (stage management, site ops, greeters, ticketers, and shift leads).
- Open Q&A: An open floor to workshop early ideas, ask questions, and connect across crews.
