Happy New Year, Happy New Decade, and Welcome to the Twenties!
What was Kiwiburn like 10 years ago?
- it was the seventh Kiwiburn
- the last time it was three nights
- the population was 450.
The then Chair noted, “The future looks incredibly bright! The festival and organisation is in fine shape. Our main challenges are dealing with our success. It’s hard to imagine a better situation.”
Kiwiburn is still doing well and has risen to many challenges over the last decade, and though our community continues to thrive, more volunteers are always needed, especially year round. Who knows what the future holds.
