Do you love Kiwiburn, enjoy a good spreadsheet, and find yourself mysteriously drawn to the phrase “strategic decision-making”? Then you might be our next Services Facilitator! We’re looking for a calm-in-the-chaos human who can support the powerhouse teams behind Depot, Gate, Greeters, Ticketing, and Town Hall. This is a year-round role (with a bit more action as Burn season approaches) where you’ll help keep communication flowing, timelines on track, teams supported, and ExCom caffeinated and informed. It’s big-picture leadership mixed with practical project wrangling—and plenty of opportunities to make a real difference for the Kiwiburn community.
If you’re organised, collaborative, love working with passionate volunteers, and don’t mind the occasional flurry of emails, we’d love to hear from you. Prior leadership is a bonus, but enthusiasm, good humour, and a willingness to dive in are just as valuable.
