Hey, you! Fancy yourself a bit of a Burn aficionado? Know the ins and outs of how the various teams function and feel like it’s time to leap into an exciting role where you get to help make crucial decisions for Kiwiburn? You’re an active Burner with a burning desire to serve our community, so mayyyybe you’re our next Crew Facilitator!
This essential role needs someone who will be a voice for Crew Leads, who will maintain communication and information sharing, and keep teams informed of decisions that affect them. This person will be confident in providing leadership and strategic direction, capable of developing and managing budgets, and be a self-directed learner with epic time management skills. The Crew Facilitator is an active member of the ExCom, participating in online discussion groups, and attending monthly meetings, the annual general meeting (AGM), and the ExCom Summit.
This is a year-round role with a time commitment of 2-5 hours each week, increasing to 5-10 hours during November/December. You’ll ideally be available to be on the Paddock for a week prior to Kiwiburn to represent the Crew Department onsite, and will need a weekend or 2 free for the ExCom Summit.
