Nothing to complain about

What happens when you take the time to make a formal complaint? Well, we listen and we follow up. We received one complaint about Kiwiburn processes, and as a result these have been reviewed and updated to address the concerns.

Kiwiburn received complaints about the behaviour of four people. All four complaints were investigated, and the outcome was that unfortunately two people have been excluded from the event for two years as a result of their actions. The subjects of the two less serious complaints received letters to open a dialogue about the behaviour, which in both cases have resulted in a satisfactory outcome without further action needing to be taken.
