Do you love all things sound? Have a background in audio engineering or sound tech?
Kiwiburn has requirements that we need to meet as part of our resource consent, including how LOUD we get to play our tunes. To help make this happen, we have a sound team consisting of a sound consultant (technical wizard), a sound lead (coordinator of all the things), and sound team members (onsite monitoring).
Right now we are recruiting for a new sound lead. This person should have a good understanding of the technicalities of sound monitoring and the personality and availability to answer emails, schedule shifts and meet with theme camp leads.
While this is not a huge role, it does involve being contactable pre-event and onsite a few days prior to gates opening to work with sound camps and train the sound team in monitoring the equipment.
