The most common question is how to check your place in the STEP queue:
Step 1: Log in to your Quicket account
Step 2: Click on the Access STEP here link
Step 3: Click on ‘I want to buy tickets’
Yes, as expected, it still slow moving, but we anticipate that this will pick up shortly.
Tickets held for Volunteers, Theme Camps and Art Projects are being finalised now with any unused tickets from those allocations being released into STEP, so keep an eye on your place and if you’re nearing the top of the queue, check your emails regularly, including your spam folder, as you will only have 24 hours to purchase the ticket(s) on offer.
