The Theme for Kiwiburn 2024 is officially here! It’s BIGGER, it’s BADDER, it’s DECADANCE.
This Theme was submitted by long-time Burner K-Bar, who had this to say about their submission:
“It’s been 20 years since the first Kiwiburn. It’s been 10 years since our first Burn in Hunterville. We’ve danced through the decades as if they were a fire labyrinth – let’s keep that dance going into the future!
Decadance is a mashup of decades and dancing, and is a callback to early Kiwiburn art themes such as Megamorphosis and Elementality. We’re dancing through the decades like we dance through a fire labyrinth. Kiwiburn changes, but we’ll keep dancing on into the future.
Decadance is a play on decades, dance, and decadence. I think people can take any of those concepts and run with them. It’ll be interesting to see the result!”
So, get out your decadent, dancing shoes and get ready for the double-decade celebration that is KIWIBURN 2024!
