Kiwiburn this year starts Wednesday 27/01/2027 and finishes Monday 1/02/2027
On-Site Crew Support needed;
- Team A will start Pre Build Saturday 9/01/2027 and Sunday 10/01/2027
- Team B maintain presence during the event and assist pack-down can start as late as Saturday 16/01/2027 and Sunday 17/01/2027
- Team C a smaller remaining group available for pack-down services and Crew Support final day on-site being Friday 5/02/2027.
Having a crew of ten people available for varying start dates to cover the Beginning, Middle and End would be appreciated. Even better if you can volunteer 14 days or more over this period.
The 2027 event will be Muppet’s last year as Team Lead so we are on the look out for other interested parties to take over for 2028. This means On-site crew support is looking for a 2IC person interested in stepping into the Team Lead role, and 3IC per who is interested in learning and supporting these people.
There are also other specialist roles sought by On-Site Crew Support Volunteers during the Event Pre Build and pack-down, so if you have these additional skills and would like to be part of a fun caring team, let us know when filing your Crew Support volunteering application.
The particular skills being sought include and not limited to, First Aid, First Response Ambulance, Physiotherapy, Osteopath, Personal Trainer, Mental Health Councillors and Coaches, Small Events Management, Hospitality, Parental nurturing figures or anyone with Big Aunty energy with a willingness to provide.
