You’ll spend the year helping Team Leads coordinate their plans, unstick roadblocks, connect the right people together, and generally keep the wheels attached to this glorious, flaming clown car that is Kiwiburn. During the build and the event you’ll be in the thick of it, supporting onsite operations and helping make sure our temporary city doesn’t accidentally turn into an expensive lesson in poor communication.
You’ll need to be organized, good with people, reasonably calm under pressure, and capable of handling a large number of moving parts without immediately fleeing into the bush (once the event is running smoothly, you will be free to do so).
The role comes with a guaranteed Kiwiburn ticket, a front-row seat to how the event actually works, and the satisfaction of knowing that when things go right, nobody notices. When things go wrong, everyone notices.
