Black Sheep Rangers are looking for more dedicated volunteers to join the crew for Kiwiburn 2021.
The light in the darkness, the eyes and ears of the Paddock – a Ranger is someone who is eminently helpful, people-focused, and able to keep a cool head on a hot day (and cold nights).
Ideally, you will have burned before or have extensive experience with other festivals. We are looking for people who are skilful in conflict resolution, mental health support, or other related areas. You’ll need to be able to commit to at least two four-hour shifts over the Burn.
Rangers are an awesome crew who support the wellbeing of all festival participants, and are a great way to meet compassionate people and get a chance to experience nearly everything on the Paddock.
