We’re looking for someone who can juggle tasks, herd (sometimes virtual) cats, and keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.
If you like the idea of organising tech chaos into smooth-running projects — this one’s for you.
You’ll be helping the IT Leads and team wrangle everything from database updates to system builds, making sure the right people are on the right jobs, and no one’s left waiting for support. We use tools like Slack, Airtable, Asana, and Google Workspace — bonus points if you’re already fluent, but we’ll show you the ropes if you’re keen.
You don’t have to be an IT wizard. What you do need is good communication, a brain that loves planning, and the drive to keep things moving. If you’ve got some project management experience (or serious energy to learn), you’ll fit right in.
Expect around 4–5 hours a week year-round. On-site at the Burn? Minimal.
