Seeking amazing human for the On-Site Data Entry role

Dec 18, 2023

Wanna peek behind the Kiwiburn curtain without swinging a hammer?

We’ve got the ultimate backstage pass—On-site Data Entry/Process Mapper! Picture this: you’re capturing the secret dance of workflows for each Onsite Team and turning them into Asana projects. No hard hat required!

The gig entails:

  • Shadowing critical onsite teams like a spy (but a friendly one) before, during, and after Kiwiburn 2024.
  • Available for mapping magic during the build, festival, and cleanup—think of it as your theater season.
  • Acting as a true Kiwiburn member, following our sacred Memorandum of Understanding.

You’ll be hobnobbing with Team Leads and Volunteers, rubbing shoulders with MPW (Ministry of Public Works) and the Kitchen crew, and cozying up to the Admin Team.

The commitment? 4-6 hours a week pre and post-festival for off-paddock work, full-time during build, and a breezy 2-4 hours a day during the main event.

Essential qualities: detail-oriented, word wizardry, communication ninja and process mapping prowess. Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in data entry, process mapping, and Asana wizardry or if you’re a Kiwiburn veteran.

This gig isn’t just for the festival—it’s your ticket to potential year-round awesomeness! Read the full job description on the KB website here, and then get your application in quick smart through the Kiwiburn Portal Volunteer application form.
