As per the announcement last week, Kiwiburn will be moving to a lottery-based ticketing system, alongside increasing reserve tickets for artists, crew and Theme Camps to 50%! This is both exciting and a little daunting, so to help everyone make sense of this, we have prepared a blog post that contains detailed results of the survey on which moving to a lottery system was based. There was widespread support, but don’t take our word for it, check it out here.
We are also going to be releasing some FAQs (click here for a sneak peek) in relation to the changing ticketing system, so watch for updates on our website. As anyone can appreciate, this change is pretty big, so bringing the website along for the ride takes a wee while.
